Tasting Notes: Place of Rocks is a limited selection from vines rooted in shale rock slopes. Together with the sun, wind, and stone, this wine celebrates the terroir and the artisans behind it—the pruning hands, dedicated cellar workers, and a team of masters in their craft. It reveals a seamless interplay of vibrant minerality, citrus, and deeper notes of toast and spice. The mouth-watering limey length and lingering aftertaste carry delicate layers and polished texture. This wine is both the chef’s choice and the sommelier’s confidant—a perfect marriage, as Place of Rocks loves food, and food loves Place of Rocks.
