We deliver nationwide within South Africa using reputable couriers. The following terms apply to online orders placed via our website.
1. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment reflects.
Dispatch and delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by location, courier schedules, and peak periods.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or back-order option.
2. Delivery
Delivery requires an adult (18+) to receive the parcel; proof of age may be requested by the courier.
We may refuse delivery where the recipient is under 18 or appears intoxicated, in line with South African liquor laws.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. Additional time may be required for remote or outlying areas.
3. Fees & Risk
Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and include VAT.
Risk and ownership transfer upon delivery to the address provided (or upon collection for click-and-collect, if available).
Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us immediately if there are issues.
4. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
If no adult is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
5. Breakage & Short Deliveries
If goods are damaged or items are missing, report this within 48 hours with photographs of the carton and contents.
We will rectify the issue by arranging a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
For cooling-off returns under the ECTA, you are responsible only for the direct cost of return shipping.
7. Trading Hours & Compliance
We comply with national and applicable provincial liquor laws (including the Western Cape Liquor Act) regarding trading conditions, delivery, and sales to minors.
